Urban Putt
Urban Putt offers a full-scale experience for friends, family, or date night. Located in the heart of the Mission District, this indoor mini-golf course boasts 14 unique holes that feature iconic San Francisco and Bay Area imagery, such as the Transamerica Pyramid Building as a windmill. Urban Putt is ideally located because it is a short walk from either the Van Ness MUNI Metro Station or the 24th Street Mission BART station, and is close to many MUNI bus stops.
With a full restaurant upstairs, small arcade, two bars, and bar bites, Urban Putt has something to offer everyone. The bar bite menu consists of tuna poke, deviled eggs, and white corn nachos. The restaurant upstairs features an extended menu, and is open for both lunch and dinner. Highlights of the restaurant’s offerings include signature deep-dish pizzas, such as the Links, which has succulent chicken and sausage, and vegan jumbalaya, mahi mahi, burgers and sandwiches. The versatile menu includes plenty of dairy-free, gluten free, and vegan options as well.
Although adult libations are not allowed on the golf course, you can still watch the action on the green from the downstairs bar. Choose from beer, wine, and a variety of cocktails. You can choose from classic favorites such as the Moscow Mule, or quirkier selections such as a Pistachio Manhattan, Blood Orange Sangira, or Marmalade Collins. Not in the mood to drink? Delicious mocktails include Blood Orange Soda and the “Savory of Elixir,” which is made with cucumber, lemon, ginger, apple cider vinegar, celery bitters, and sparkling water. Not in the mood to sip? Froyo is available right at the bar.
